DofE Gold Residential
We are now offering you the chance to complete your Gold DofE Residential with us here at Chasewater!
The aim of a gold residential entails taking part in a 5-day shared activity or specific course with people you don't know, in a residential setting away from home and in an unfamiliar environment.
We have a limited number of spaces for this amazing experience and we can only take 2 participants per school/establishment.
Your stay will be made up of 4 activity days and 1 day of community service (litter picking etc).
Things to consider:
- The course dates are Monday 28th October to Friday 1st November 2024.
- This is held at Chasewater Activity Centre - WS7 3QY.
- The price is £412.50.
- It is suitable for all Gold DofE participants aged 16 - 24.
- Arrival is 10am on Monday morning and departure is 4pm on Friday afternoon.

Do you want to get your children from in front of the TV and exploring the great outdoors? Or are you in need of a holiday childcare solution whilst you work?
Look no further we have you covered. From kayaking to bushcraft we have a wealth of activities to keep your children entertained.
Every day is fun-packed with water and land-based activities, please check out the itinerary page for a sample programme of the week!
Things to consider:
- The holiday club runs from Monday - Friday.
- Drop-off is between 8:30 - 9:00 and pick-up is between 5:00 - 5:30.
- Our programme runs for children ages 7 - 11 years old.
- We do not provide food so please ensure your child/children have a packed lunch and plenty of drinks and snacks for the day.
- We recommend bringing a change of clothes and a towel with you and for water-based activities please wear something a little older that you don’t mind getting wet and dirty. We also advise wearing older, closed-toe shoes.

Our party package will consist of an instructed hour's fun of your chosen activity either on the water or on land, followed by the use of our classroom facilities for 30 minutes.
